Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess valid Florida D & G licenses
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work in Jupiter, Florida
Must pass background screening and drug testing in accordance with company policy

Nice To Haves

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Attention to detail and situational awareness
Experience in gatehouse, patrol, surveillance, or high-volume access control preferred
Military and law enforcement backgrounds welcomed

Responsibilities

Conducting foot and vehicle patrols
Monitoring CCTV and security systems
Controlling access points and verifying entry authorization
Responding to alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies
Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
Preparing accurate incident and activity reports
Assisting residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
Maintaining gatehouse and patrol vehicle cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
