About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Armed Security Officer Driver Patrol Operations in San Antonio, Texas, to serve and safeguard clients at a retail location. The role involves conducting armed driving patrols and maintaining a visible security presence while helping provide a welcoming environment for customers and team members. The officer is expected to deliver customer service and communicate clearly while reflecting Allied Universal’s values.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Texas Level III Armed Certification.
At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to store personnel, shoppers, and visitors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations.
Monitor for suspicious activity, potential theft, disturbances, and other security concerns; report observations and respond calmly.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events according to site procedures, using required equipment and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate professionally with site management, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership.
