About The Position

Premier Protective Security (PPS) is seeking a Level 3 Armed Field Supervisor for the Graveyard Shift in Albuquerque, NM. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling locations, and preserving order. Requirements

Must be actively licensed in NM as a Level 3 Armed Security Guard
Must have previous experience as a Field Supervisor
Must have a personal firearm to carry on the jobsite that is Semi-Automatic (9mm, .40 cal, or .45 cal)
21+ years of age for Armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles)
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
At least 1 year previous Field Supervisor experience (Required)
ARMED Security License (State of New Mexico) (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers
