This role is responsible for building positive team member relations, participating in departmental meetings, and ensuring high-quality service. The instructor will create and deliver comprehensive training programs for table games, supervise trainees, and educate them on gaming regulations, responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, and player protection protocols. The position also involves tracking trainee attendance and performance, assisting with recruitment, monitoring new and existing dealers, and providing administrative support to Casino Operations. The instructor reports to the Director of Casino Operations and/or Table Games Manager and is responsible for creating training syllabi and manuals. They will also communicate pertinent information and safety concerns to senior leadership and perform other duties as assigned.
