About The Position

The Table Games Concierge is responsible for monitoring all poker tables for open seats and assisting poker hosts in calling new games. This role involves accommodating valued players with account numbers, player cards, and promotions. A key aspect of the job is building guest relations by engaging with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and encouraging repeat visits. The concierge must provide superior guest service, positively influence interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resilience in handling difficult guests and various business conditions. Additionally, they need to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees, answer questions about game rules and casino policies, and be familiar with Title 31 guidelines and suspicious activity reporting for casinos (SARC). Complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities is required, along with assisting as needed. The work area must be kept clean and orderly, and all regulatory, departmental, and Company policies must be adhered to ethically, with a responsibility to empower and require others to do the same. The role also involves handling routine customer complaints and incidents, using discretion to identify situations requiring supervisory attention, and resolving situations to maintain positive guest relationships.
