About The Position

This role is responsible for fostering an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. The Supervisor will enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. Key duties include providing prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s), performing accurate chip and cash transactions, and observing, analyzing, and maintaining the integrity of all table game activity. The Supervisor will also ensure all table games employees provide optimum service to all guests and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
High School graduate or equivalent
Must have a broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures
Must be able to handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
