About The Position

Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States. This is a working supervisor position that requires travel between Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. The Area Supervisor will have oversight of multiple Truck Wash locations, manage on-site supervisors and truck washing staff, resolve customer issues, plan and prepare work schedules, promote and maintain a safe work environment, maintain accurate records, and work with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel between Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa
• Ability to manage on-site supervisors and truck washing staff
• Ability to resolve customer issues
• Ability to plan and prepare work schedules
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to drive trucks to wash station as needed
• Ability to wipe down and sanitize hi-touch areas inside of truck
• Ability to hose down and scrub outside with soap and water

Responsibilities
