About The Position

Lobel Financial is a consumer finance company specializing in purchasing and servicing automobile contracts from Franchised and Independent automobile dealers, who have prime to non-prime consumers purchasing new and used automobiles. Lobel Financial is a full spectrum lender providing auto financing for all tiers of borrowers. With more than 500 talented automobile financing professionals, and our state of the art on-line buying portal (DealWRITER), we continually innovate to meet and exceed our dealer's expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, indirect auto, or dealer operations preferred.
  • Proven sales success, preferably in automotive or subprime finance.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Results-driven with a focus on growth and revenue.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between dealer partners and Lobel Financial.
  • Build strong dealer relationships.
  • Drive loan application volume.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Promote Lobel's products and deliver excellent service.
  • Prospect and onboard new dealerships.
  • Build and maintain trust-based dealer partner relationships.
  • Train dealers on the DealWriter program.
  • Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively.
  • Travel regularly to develop in-person relationships.
  • Exceed sales goals within assigned territory.
  • Serve as liaison between dealer partners and internal departments (credit, funding, etc.).
