About The Position

Lobel Financial is a consumer finance company specializing in purchasing and servicing automobile contracts from Franchised and Independent automobile dealers, who have prime to non-prime consumers purchasing new and used automobiles. Lobel Financial is a full spectrum lender providing auto financing for all tiers of borrowers. With more than 500 talented automobile financing professionals, and our state of the art on-line buying portal (DealWRITER), we continually innovate to meet and exceed our dealer's expectations. At Lobel our Area Sales Managers serve as primary liason between are Dealer Partners and Lobel Financial. They are focused on building strong dealer relationships, driving loan application volume, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, indirect auto, or dealer operations preferred.
  • Proven sales success, preferably in automotive or subprime finance
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities independently
  • Results-driven with a focus on growth and revenue
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

  • Promote Lobel's products and deliver excellent service
  • Prospect and onboard new dealerships
  • Build and maintain trust-based dealer partner relationships
  • Train dealers on the DealWriter program
  • Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively
  • Travel regularly to develop in-person relationships
  • Exceed sales goals within assigned territory
  • Serve as liason between dealer partners and internal departments (credit, funding,etc)
