About The Position

Culligan of Jacksonville, a franchise of the leading name in water treatment, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their outside sales teams across multiple locations. This role is based in Jacksonville, FL with regional oversight of Starke, FL and Kingsland, GA. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for sales, coaching, and building high-performing teams, thriving in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Requirements

Proven experience successfully managing in-home/outside sales teams
A self-motivated, high-energy leadership style with strong communication and coaching abilities
4+ years of management experience in residential or outside sales
Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and performance metrics
Computer savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
Direct-to-consumer sales and field training experience

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of outside sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product growth and expand market share
Conduct regular ride-alongs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
