About The Position

Window Nation is seeking outgoing and confident Brand Ambassadors (Event Sales Representatives) to represent the company at local festivals, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic events throughout the Jacksonville area. This part-time role offers the opportunity to earn extra income by engaging with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and creating a welcoming experience at event booths. The position involves starting conversations with homeowners, understanding their home improvement needs, introducing them to Window Nation, and connecting qualified leads with the sales team. Responsibilities also include assisting with event setup and breakdown. No direct closing of sales is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations throughout Jacksonville, JAX Beach, and St. Augustine
• Availability for evening and weekend events, including at least two weekends per month
• Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face
• Ability to remain active and on your feet during event shifts
• Ability to assist with event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, fitness, automotive, wireless sales, or other customer-facing work
• Previous sales or event experience
• Direct event marketing experience isn't required as paid training is provided

Responsibilities

Benefits

• $18/hour guaranteed base pay
• Uncapped commission, with up to $50 per qualified lead
