About The Position

CIMA Senior Living is hiring an Area Sales Director to oversee sales and marketing for Cleburne Court and Lakewell Court in Cleburne, Texas. The role focuses on driving occupancy and achieving census and budget goals across the two communities. The director develops marketing plans, builds referral and community relationships, supports move-ins, and manages the communities’ brand and reputation. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Customer-focused mindset and a caring, compassionate approach to working with seniors.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
2–4 years of experience; preferably in senior living sales.
Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute community sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, including tours, lead follow-up, CRM management, competitive analysis, and achieving census and budget goals.
Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans with leadership, incorporating outreach strategies, market trends, strengths and weaknesses, and performance tracking.
Build referral and community relationships through networking, presentations, events, and partnerships with healthcare providers, senior services, and local organizations.
Manage social media and online reviews to support the communities’ brand and reputation.
Coordinate move-ins and maintain marketing materials and reports.
Uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
