The Area Sales Director – West serves as a senior sales leader for the Western Area, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales leaders, and executing the company's commercial strategy. This role leads Regional Sales Managers and their teams while creating a culture of accountability, coaching, collaboration, and execution. As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, the Area Sales Director partners closely with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Training, Medical Affairs, Finance, Global Insights & Analytics, and Human Resources to translate corporate strategy into exceptional field execution. This leader is responsible for maximizing business performance, developing organizational capability, and ensuring consistent execution across the region.
