Requirements

• Over 5 years of property management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Yardi or CRM software
• A valid NJ real estate salesperson license
• A thorough understanding of property management laws
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Leadership and team-building abilities
• Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, leasing, marketing strategy development, and event planning
• An excellent customer service orientation
• Superior communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• A valid New Jersey driver's license
• Ability to travel overnight
