Requirements
- Over 5 years of property management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Yardi or CRM software
- Valid NJ real estate salesperson license
- Thorough understanding of property management laws
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Leadership and team-building abilities
- Expertise in budgeting and financial reporting
- Expertise in leasing
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Superior communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New Jersey driver's license
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
