About The Position

Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s direct-to-consumer division, delivering premium fiberglass windows and doors through personalized in-home consultations and professional installation. The Area Operations Manager leads field operations teams across the Boston, New York City metro, and Long Island markets. This high-impact leadership role shapes the customer experience by developing business processes, resolving complex customer issues, and guiding teams to deliver a white-glove installation experience. The role’s decisions directly influence customer satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• At least 5 years of construction experience; home improvement experience preferred.
• At least 5 years working with construction methods and documents.

• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use ladders or scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve processes, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management across assigned markets.

• Partner with internal teams on accounts receivable and vendor management.
