The Third Estimate is expanding its Window and Door Division and is seeking experienced subcontractors (1099) for residential window and door installations in Pittsburgh, PA. We aim to provide a steady stream of pre-sold jobs, ensure materials are ready, and offer predictable, weekly pay. We are looking for skilled crews or solo installers who work efficiently, take pride in their work, and maintain professional jobsite conduct. Our company provides structured systems including pre-sold jobs, ordered and delivered materials, clear scopes of work, organized scheduling, dedicated support, and reliable weekly pay. In return, we expect skilled installation, professional conduct, clean finishes, and accountability. We value quality and aim for no callbacks.
Requirements
- Proven residential experience
- Dependable crew or experienced solo installer
- Truck and full tool setup
- Active insurance (COI) (Workers Comp)
- Strong workmanship standards
- Professional communication with homeowners
