The Area Operations Manager leads field operations teams across the Boston, New York City metro, and Long Island markets. Requirements

• At least 5 years of construction experience; home improvement experience is preferred.
• At least 5 years working with construction methods and documents.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use ladders or scaffolding.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong customer-first mindset.
• Strategic and solutions-focused thinking.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
