About The Position

Infinity Replacement, Marvin’s direct-to-consumer division, delivers premium fiberglass windows and doors through personalized in-home consultations and professional installation. The Area Operations Manager leads field operations teams across the Seattle and Portland markets and helps shape the customer experience. This high-impact leadership role develops business processes, resolves complex customer issues, and guides teams in delivering a white-glove installation experience. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• At least 5 years of construction experience; home improvement experience preferred.
• At least 5 years working with construction methods and documents.

• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use ladders or scaffolding.
