About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will lead and optimize daily ready mix operations across multiple facilities to achieve safety, production, quality, and customer service objectives. The Area Operations Manager will drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and accountability. They will collaborate with plant, sales, dispatch, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions that improve productivity and profitability. Additionally, the Area Operations Manager will develop, coach, and support employees while fostering engagement, teamwork, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Responsibilities
