Requirements

  • Experience supervising others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities efficiently under pressure.
  • Superior mammography technical skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of MQSA protocols and ACR requirements.
  • ARRT required.
  • Advanced certification in Mammography required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience.
  • Must maintain CMEs as required by State and/or National accreditation bodies.
  • Proof of required educational level(s) due at time of hire.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and supporting day-to-day operations across a portfolio of 6-10 Onsite Women's Health partnered breast health centers.
  • Providing clinical, professional, and managerial guidance to OWH team members.
  • Assisting the Regional Director in pre-installation activities, marketing efforts, hiring of personnel, and implementation of new practice locations.
  • Working with the Regional Director and other OWH team members to ensure the success of new practice locations.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of OWH sites and staff within partner practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Serving as backup coverage across the portfolio of sites, which may include performing 3D tomosynthesis mammography.
  • Maintaining close working relationships with partnered site physicians, administrative staff, off-site radiologists, local hospitals/radiology imaging centers, and various members of the OWH organization.
