We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Occupational Medicine team and oversee our clinic locations in the Puget Sound Region including Federal Way and Burien. You will also have a home base in Renton where the Retail Health training facility is located. This position requires an on-site presence; it is not a remote role. FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Monday-Friday Position Summary The Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members. The Area Manager travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation). In this role, you will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. You will also maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
