Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior sales role
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals
