Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior sales role
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
