FOH EAST – Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager)
About The Position
RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East Area Clinic Manager position based in Nashville, Tennessee. The role is contingent upon contract award and final solicitation requirements. The position is full-time, with 2,008 annual hours, at the Nashville duty location of 801 Broadway, Room C-599. The Area Clinic Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership for clinic operations, supervises clinical personnel, coordinates staffing coverage, monitors credentials and readiness, supports onboarding, tracks staffing and quality issues, and coordinates with FOH and RieLes personnel.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience.
- Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care.
- Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials, or ability to obtain required credentials.
- Ability to work at the Nashville, Tennessee duty location.
