About The Position
RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. The Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager) will provide clinical and administrative leadership for the assigned FOH clinic. Employment is contingent upon contract award and final solicitation requirements. The position is full-time, with 2,008 annual hours, at the Jacksonville duty location.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience.
- Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care.
- Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials, or ability to obtain required credentials.
- Ability to work at the Jacksonville, Florida duty location.

- Experience with staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, performance management, and government or regulated healthcare operations.
