About The Position
The Area Care Tech (ACT) supports clients when regular staff are unavailable, helping maintain continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. This role is suited to dependable, compassionate, experienced caregivers or CNAs who can respond to client needs in various homes across assigned areas. Compensation is competitive, with a $250 monthly bonus. Daily Pay is offered, allowing employees to get paid the day after working.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become a PCA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current auto insurance.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Support safe mobility and transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
- Respond quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.
