About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) caregiver to provide care for clients in their homes across assigned areas. The ACT supports continuity of care when regular staff are unavailable and may serve multiple clients and locations. This role is suited to dependable, compassionate caregivers who can respond to client needs and are willing to travel to client homes.

The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, household tasks, meal preparation, companionship, and documenting care activities. Caregivers may also help clients with daily living activities, shopping, errands, transportation, prescriptions, and telehealth visits. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become a PCA.

• Must be willing to travel to client homes as needed.
• Must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and activities of daily living.
• Support safe client mobility and transfers.
• Provide light housekeeping and prepare meals.

• Respond to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.
