About The Position

The Area Care Tech (ACT) supports clients when regular staff are unavailable, helping maintain continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. The role is suited to dependable, compassionate caregivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing quality care. The position requires open availability and travel to client homes across assigned areas.

Care includes personal hygiene and grooming, safe mobility and transfers, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support. The caregiver documents care activities and reports changes in clients’ conditions, while responding promptly to client needs in various homes. The posting offers competitive pay and a $250 monthly bonus. It also advertises daily pay, with work completed today paid the next day.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Have an active CNA or PCA license, or be willing to become a PCA.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Have current auto insurance.
• Pass a clean background check and drug screening.
• Be willing to travel to client homes as needed.
• Must have open availability.
