Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and two (2) years of architecture experience covering aspects of building design including: survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • 3 or more years of experience
  • Experience working in large and complex projects/programs
  • Experience with government agencies/projects
  • Experience working on all phases of Architectural projects
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to produce high-quality graphic designs, renderings and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
  • Proficiency in Revit and have familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants
  • Have a general understanding of code compliance, American with Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act and constructability.
  • Ability to obtain an Architecture License within 2 years
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work closely with and collaborate with multidiscipline design team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of construction documents from concept through construction.
  • Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
  • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
