This role involves working with project managers and design teams to help develop all phases of design and construction drawings. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, an aptitude for learning, and active engagement in a collaborative, iterative design process. The designer is expected to seek innovative design solutions and offer unique perspectives on the built environment.
