About The Position

SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Tulsa office as a Team Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with other design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Motivated, dependable, detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing various support services to architectural teams.
  • Editing specifications.
  • Managing schedules.
  • Tracking contracts, submittals and requests for information.
  • Coordinating staff communication.
  • Typing change orders.
  • Creating and maintaining various filing systems.
  • Assisting in creating proposals.
  • Project uploads.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
