About The Position

Waccamaw Associa is hiring an Architectural Review Coordinator to support its HOA community in Elgin, South Carolina. The coordinator plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities vary by designated community and may include inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, and clerical experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, work efficiently, and manage time well.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Notify responsible parties of code issues in writing, by phone, in person, and electronically.
• Respond to and investigate allegations of code violations to determine whether complaints are valid and identify an appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
• Investigate and enforce property codes within community boundaries.
• Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
