About The Position

As the Loan Review Funding (Income) Coordinator, you will review customer income documentation and communicate with DriveTime retail stores. You will verify that documentation meets guidelines, identify possible fraud or customer misrepresentation, and calculate monthly income potential. The role requires careful attention to detail, strong math and communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Training is provided.

The role requires availability Monday through Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Working every Saturday is required. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Availability to work every Saturday.
• Attention to detail, math skills, strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Successful completion of background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Review customer income documentation to ensure it meets guidelines.
• Identify indications of fraudulent information or customer misrepresentation in income documents.
• Calculate customers’ potential monthly income.
• Communicate with retail stores by phone, email, or in person.
