About The Position

As the Loan Review Funding (Income) Coordinator, you will review customer income documentation and communicate with Retail stores. You will check documents against guidelines, identify potential fraud or customer misrepresentation, and calculate monthly income. The role calls for strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and math skills, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a large team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Training is provided.

The position requires availability Monday through Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and availability to work every Saturday. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday on shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including every Saturday.
• Attention to detail.
• Math skills.
• Strong communication skills, including by phone, email, or in person.
• Ability to work well with people and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Successful completion of background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Review customer income documentation to ensure it meets guidelines.
• Identify indications of fraudulent information or customer misrepresentation in income documents.
• Calculate customers’ potential monthly income.
• Communicate with Retail stores.
