Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Architecture, from an accredited program, required; Masters, preferred
10+ years of architectural work experience
Knowledgeable in healthcare industry trends, evidence-based design principles, and lean delivery methods.
Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
Proficient use of Revit a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and design healthcare projects across the firm, working closely with our architecture, engineering, business development and marketing teams.
Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
Mentor junior architectural staff
Participate in business development and project pursuits.
Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.
