About The Position

Little, a nationally recognized "Best Places to Work" and progressive design firm, is seeking a Project Manager for its Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC. This role involves working with clients on diverse healthcare projects, from interior fit-outs to ground-up construction, including master planning, diagnostics, acute care hospitals, and behavioral health facilities. The position requires a leader with strong communication, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills, who can manage complexity, inspire confidence, and foster a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality design, a growth mindset, and a desire to mentor and be mentored. This role offers a flexible work policy with 32 hours per week in-office and 8 hours flex.

Requirements

Strong communications skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Architectural registration required.
Ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Work with clients on projects of varying size and scope.
Lead projects confidently, listening to clients and team members.
Manage complexity and inspire confidence with clear documentation.
Keep a team focused on important tasks and resolve issues swiftly.
Coordinate with consulting partners and manage multiple moving parts.
Participate in project pursuits, lead project scoping, work plans, and proposal development.
Serve as the primary Client liaison to bring schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion.
Produce contract documents and perform construction administration.
Manage projects to the Client’s satisfaction.
