We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 5-10 years of experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 24 hours a week.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software
  • Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • LEED AP, CPHC/CPHD and Architectural Licensure preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage in the design process developing ideas, establishing design direction, and developing options that achieve programmatic goals
  • Actively participate in presentations and meetings with clients or municipalities
  • Take ownership of specific tasks or project components and lead individuals and team in design development
  • Direct and develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
  • Manage construction delivery and work independently to respond to RFI’s, review submittments, complete site visits and prepare field reports
