Requirements
- 5+ years in U.S.-based architectural design (hospitality, multifamily, or commercial).
- US Master’s degree required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.

Responsibilities
- Think critically—not just draft—by identifying conflicts, risks, and opportunities in design and documentation
- Contribute to the quality and clarity of project documents at all phases.
- Produce design and construction documents in Revit with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with design development through site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic material selections.
- Review drawings for coordination issues and bring questions or concerns forward early.
- Support redline incorporation and document revisions with care and consistency.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings and consultant discussions as needed.
- Research materials, products, and design precedents to support design decisions and standards.
