About The Position

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Industrial architecture team and contribute to data center and mission critical projects. The role oversees architectural design and technical development, ensuring workplace solutions meet standards for quality, innovation, and functionality. The designer supports projects across all phases, from Concept Design through Construction Documentation, and works with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

Professional degree in Architecture.
Active architectural license.
At least 3 years of experience, with a proven track record in data center design and project delivery.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and technical detailing relevant to industrial and mission critical environments.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support production and coordination of technical drawings for data centers and mission critical facilities across project phases, from Concept Design through Construction Documentation.
Develop and integrate design solutions that comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting design intent, quality standards, and client objectives.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to align with scope, performance goals, and client expectations.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to facilitate project delivery.
Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.
