About The Position

As an Arcade Technician, you help keep games operational and guests’ experiences enjoyable. You troubleshoot and repair arcade games, perform preventive maintenance, assist guests with game issues, and support arcade operations and upkeep. You also help manage parts, maintain equipment and merchandise stations, and support game setups and operational improvements at other locations as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma and some technical training.
Minimum of one year of technical experience, or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain their condition.
Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
Source and manage game parts, minimize expenses, and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
Promptly communicate arcade operational issues to management.
Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
Follow security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
