About The Position

Family Entertainment Group is hiring a seasonal Arcade Attendant to create a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience at its family entertainment center. The role supports arcade operations, provides customer service, maintains equipment and merchandise, and keeps the environment clean and organized. The seasonal period runs from November 15 through January 16.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle cash, credit, and vouchers.
Stay informed about promotions, returns, exchanges, and security procedures.
Maintain records of daily sales and transactions.
Monitor the arcade floor for safety concerns and address observed security risks.
Answer guests’ questions about games, activities, and merchandise.
Load tickets and prizes into machines and restock merchandise displays.
Demonstrate and explain arcade games or products to guests.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate them when necessary.
Clean games, tables, counters, and shelves.
Conduct inventory and assist with stocking items.
Troubleshoot and clear token or ticket jams.
Support minor game maintenance and assist with moving games or equipment.
Take out trash and assist with general cleanliness and organization.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
