About The Position

Provide guests with fast, friendly, and clean service while maintaining inventory and safely managing and preparing food. Ensure the quality of food products, operate cash registers, and maintain the restaurant’s overall appearance and cleanliness. Team members provide excellent guest service and may have opportunities to train for other roles within Pilot Company’s travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Incredible guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prepare food.
• Ability to maintain Arby's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
