About The Position

The Arby's Team Member provides fast, friendly, and clean service to guests while maintaining food quality, safety, and restaurant cleanliness. The role includes preparing food, managing inventory, processing sales, and working collaboratively to maintain a positive guest-focused environment. Team members may have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within Pilot Company travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to manage and prepare food cleanly and safely.

• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
