About The Position
The Team Member serves as an Arby’s brand ambassador, helping create lasting connections with customers and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves accurately processing payments and entering orders, preparing and serving food and beverages quickly and efficiently while following food safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Team Members follow company policies and procedures and maintain a professional appearance. The position calls for a positive, can-do attitude and enjoyment of working with people as part of a team. The role requires basic math and reading proficiency, strong verbal communication skills, and compliance with applicable state or local requirements to maintain a valid Health Card or Work Permit. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Requirements
- Basic math and reading proficiency.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
