About The Position
A Team Member is a people-oriented employee who brings a positive, can-do attitude and contributes to a winning team. As a brand ambassador, the Team Member helps build lasting customer connections by providing exceptional service, accurately processing payments and entering orders, and preparing and serving food and beverages quickly while following food safety guidelines. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, and maintaining a professional appearance. The position requires basic math and reading proficiency, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to meet physical demands throughout a scheduled shift. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and maintain a valid health card or work permit when required by state or local regulations. The role reports to the Shift Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Area Coach. The employer is DRG Meats Alaska LLC, an independent Arby’s franchisee and the sole employer if hired.
Requirements
- Basic math and reading proficiency.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Maintain a valid Health Card or Work Permit as required by state or local regulations.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the scheduled shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform motions involving walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive motions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating lifelong connections with customers as a brand ambassador.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Process payments and input orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages quickly and efficiently while following food safety guidelines.
