Joshua Tree Experts is expanding its footprint in Little Rock, AR and is seeking a passionate, preservation-minded Arborist Account Manager to lead this territory. This role is for someone deeply committed to the science of arboriculture, preserving the urban canopy, and actively driving territory revenue through consultative sales. As the Arborist Account Manager, you will be a driving force of the sales team in Little Rock, spending your days diagnosing tree health, designing comprehensive preservation plans, and converting expert recommendations into sold contracts, ensuring clients' properties thrive for generations.

Requirements

  • Deep working knowledge of tree identification, local arboriculture, insect and disease management, and soil health.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, estimating, or consultative sales within the green industry.
  • Ability to build a pipeline, handle objections, and close deals without compromising the tree-first philosophy.
  • Ability to manage your sales pipeline, prioritize follow-ups, and utilize CRM and estimating software with precision.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • ISA Certified Arborist credential (support will be provided to achieve this if close to testing).
  • Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) or Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) certifications.
  • State Pesticide Applicator's License.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with property owners to perform detailed site inspections, diagnose insect/disease issues, and educate them, ultimately converting that expertise into closed, recurring Plant Health Care (PHC) and tree care contracts.
  • Actively hunt for new business and grow your book by networking within the community, generating referrals, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with homeowners who value premium service.
  • Calculate accurate job costs, map out detailed treatment plans, and deliver professional, timely proposals that win the business and focus on the long-term health of the property.
  • Partner seamlessly with production crews and Plant Health Care specialists, clearly communicating the scientific scope of work so that what is sold is exactly what gets executed safely.
