The AR&T Engineer provides expertise in designing and developing materials and processes for existing and new products and acts as a lead to provide expertise on a variety of complex issues. The position also has a direct impact on all aspects of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and innovation and growth. Must be U.S. Persons.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a lead, designs and develops new materials and manufacturing processes.
• Provides solutions enabling cost reduction, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees all phases of materials and process engineering, including design, equipment selection and procurement, managing vendors, and running trials for new processes and equipment.
• Provides innovative chemical/material engineering solutions to support business development activities.
• Continuously evaluates opportunities for design and development improvements.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
