About The Position

As an AR Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, supporting healthy cash flow, and ensuring billing accuracy. You'll collaborate with teams across the business to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, account reconciliation, and customer account management.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and collections activities.
• Review account aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process invoices, customer statements, and billing adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain customer account information, pricing, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to resolve account issues.
• Support month-end close activities and accounts receivable reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
