About The Position
The Columbia Association Aquatics Division is seeking candidates with strong customer service experience, exceptional attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills. The Applicant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for members and guests. This position involves overseeing facility operations, addressing operational challenges, and performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction-related projects. The individual will play an important role in promoting the safety, cleanliness, and continued operation of Columbia Association Aquatics facilities while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
